Our ministries center around the biblical priorities of teaching and instruction, discipleship, fellowship, and prayer. We labor to see each member become complete in Christ, as we equip the saints for the work of ministry (Col. 1:28; Eph. 4:11)
Each week the men of the church meet together to bear burdens and pray for one another, and to grow in our understanding of the Scriptures. The strength of our body depends on the maturity the men (2 Tim. 2:2). All men in the church are encouraged to come and participate from 6:30-8:00 on Thursday nights at Western Packaging in Albany. Currently we are studying hermeneutics.
Throughout the week individuals meet together to apply the Scriptures very specifically to the issues of life. God's design is for the body to build itself up through those who are more mature helping those around them to grow.
Every other week we meet together for prayer, fellowship, and study. Our current series is Knowing God by J.I. Packer.
On the first Sunday of every month after the morning service we share a meal together. If you are visiting then just show up and be our guest. There is always enough to go around.
